By accessing kv44.im, creating a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, betting market, promotion, or other activity offered on the kv44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and kv44 (the "Company").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using kv44.im and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

kv44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, kv44 will endeavour to notify registered players via in-platform notification or email. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the current version. The most recent effective date is stated at the top of this document.

Use of the kv44 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kv44 is an 18+ only platform. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any activity on kv44.im.
• You are accessing kv44.im as a private individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a commercial entity.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or participating in games on kv44.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had a kv44 account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a kv44 employee involved in the operation of the platform.

kv44 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player may be under 18 years of age, kv44 will suspend the account and withhold access to funds pending completion of the age verification process. Any account confirmed to be operated by a minor will be permanently closed, and all deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source net of any gaming losses incurred. Bonus winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited in full.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active kv44 account. If kv44 identifies that you hold, or have previously held, more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — kv44 reserves the right to merge the accounts, close the duplicate, and apply any applicable bonus adjustments. Players found to be operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kv44 account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. kv44 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to [email protected].

kv44 reserves the right to carry out additional security and anti-fraud checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for a period not exceeding five (5) business days. If the security check results in a finding of fraudulent or abusive activity, the withdrawal request may be declined, the account suspended, and the matter referred for further investigation.

Players must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. kv44 maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and is required to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Any funds identified as being of illicit origin will be frozen and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In addition to any offer-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all kv44 promotions:

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the kv44 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, may have all pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and may have any winnings voided at kv44's discretion:

• Registering more than one kv44 account, or registering an account using another person's personal details without their explicit authorisation
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the kv44 platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the lobby, or exploiting promotional offers
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing awareness, or coordinated betting patterns designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or cashier malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a direct result of a known system error are void and will be reclaimed
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kv44 support staff or other players in any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, self-exclusion restriction, or account limitation imposed by kv44 or requested by the player themselves

kv44 reserves the right to take all reasonable legal action against individuals who engage in fraudulent activity that causes financial harm to the company or to other players on the platform.
